User Personas¶
This is a template. Replace every bracketed placeholder. This file itself establishes no policy.
All personas below are HYPOTHESES until validated by real research. A persona becomes "validated" only when specific claims about it are backed by evidence logged in
market-research.md(interviews, surveys, direct observation) — not by internal reasoning alone. Mark each persona's validation status explicitly and keep it current.
Persona Template¶

Persona: [Second persona name, if applicable]¶

HYPOTHESIS — unvalidated
[Repeat structure above. Delete this second persona block if only one persona applies — do not leave an empty stub.]
Anti-Persona¶
- Who this product is explicitly NOT for: [Describe the customer type the product should not try to serve, and why. This keeps scope honest.]
This is a template. Replace bracketed placeholders. All personas are hypotheses until evidence says otherwise. This file itself establishes no policy.
