This directory is where venture-specific standards live, if this venture
needs any beyond the company-level standards in the repository root
docs/standards/.
Not every venture needs venture-specific standards. Most standards (documentation, specification, testing, evidence) should be inherited from the company-level standards. Only add a standard here if this venture has a genuine, durable need that company-level standards don't cover — for example, a domain-specific compliance or safety standard.

How to add one¶
Use templates/standard-template.md from the company root, place the
completed document in this directory, and register it (front matter
document_id, cross-links) consistently with company conventions.
