Company Portfolio¶
This directory is the company-level, cross-venture view of everything Devonshire Digital LLC is doing: all ventures, their products, and the opportunities under consideration.
Distinct from venture-level portfolios¶
This is not the only "portfolio" in the repository. Individual ventures may
maintain their own internal portfolio or backlog for venture-scoped work —
for example, Digital Products maintains its own portfolio/backlog under
ventures/digital-products/portfolio/. That venture-level view tracks
detail specific to that venture's own products and prioritization; this
company-level portfolio/ directory tracks the coarser, cross-venture view:
which ventures exist, what stage each is at, and how they compare against
each other for company attention and resources.
When in doubt: if the question is "how does Devonshire Digital decide between investing further in Shelfery vs. Digital Products vs. a new venture idea," the answer lives here. If the question is "what should Digital Products build next within its own scope," the answer lives in that venture's own portfolio/backlog.
