Everything a coding agent needs to know about how to behave in this repo lives
in AGENTS.md (imported above) — that file is tool-agnostic on purpose, so
Claude Code, Codex, and any other agent read the same operating guide. Don't
add project-wide instructions here; add them to AGENTS.md instead. This file
exists only to satisfy Claude Code's convention of loading CLAUDE.md, and to
hold anything genuinely Claude-Code-specific (none at the moment).
