Company Prompts¶
This directory holds cross-venture, repository-maintenance prompts — prompts for tasks that apply across the whole repository or across ventures, such as auditing repository health, creating a new venture or product, writing an ADR, or reviewing a specification before it matures.
Distinct from venture-specific prompts¶
This is not the only prompts/ directory in the repository. Digital
Products maintains its own set of role-specific prompts scoped to that
venture's own working style at ventures/digital-products/prompts/. Those
are not duplicated here, and prompts here should not assume any single
venture's specifics.
Use this directory's prompts when the task is about the repository or the
company as a whole. Use a venture's own prompts/ directory (if it has one)
when the task is specific to that venture's roles and workflows.

How to use these¶
Each prompt below is meant to be given to an AI agent (or followed by a human) as-is, or lightly adapted with the specific target (venture, product, document) filled in. They are checklists with role framing, not just titles — read the whole prompt before starting the task.
