Shelfery Repository Boundary (Separate Implementation Repository, Pending Ratification)¶
Shelfery's implementation code lives in a separate implementation
repository: pantryplus (local C:\Users\Stuart\repos\pantryplus,
GitHub brokenlyre/pantryplus), a production application deployed on
Vercel. This was discovered-and-recorded rather than decided-then-built:
the implementation predates this repository's tracking of the question,
which previously (incorrectly) described the boundary as unresolved.
Current status¶
- ADR-0010 (
approved2026-07-11) records the separate-repository outcome for Shelfery. ADR-0007 remains controlling for the Digital Products venture's still-open boundary. - This repository holds Shelfery's venture-level strategy, brand, domain standards, and governance records. It does not host application code.
- The implementation repository's
docs/ai/knowledge base is the operational source of truth for implementation-level facts (stack, schema, coding standards, shipped features). Venture-level and material decisions must additionally be reflected here — seeimplementation-alignment.mdfor the current gaps and the proposed sync convention.

What remains open¶
