Shelfery Repository Boundary (Unresolved)¶
Whether Shelfery's implementation code will live inside this repository,
under ventures/shelfery/, or in a separate implementation repository is
currently unresolved. This document exists to state that plainly and
to prevent anyone from assuming an answer by default.
Current status¶
No decision has been made. Neither option should be treated as the default or the likely outcome. This repository currently contains only documentation, strategy, and governance material for Shelfery — it does not currently host, and has not been decided to host, application source code for the venture.

What must happen before this is resolved¶
This decision should be made deliberately, likely alongside or shortly after product requirements and a technical approach are defined, since the answer may depend on team structure, deployment needs, and how the venture's engineering work is expected to be organized. Until an ADR resolves it, no document, code, or tooling in this venture should assume either outcome.
