Forecasting¶
This category covers components for projecting forward from known or entered data — rolling cash flow forecasts and related budgeting patterns (e.g. Budget vs Actual Tracker). Forecasting components must clearly document their assumptions and boundary conditions, since forecast outputs are especially easy for customers to over-trust.
This directory currently holds no individual component specifications. See the
Forecasting and Budgeting sections of
../component-catalog.md for the current proposed
components in this category (e.g. Rolling Cash Flow Forecast Engine, Budget vs
Actual Tracker). Once a component in this category is developed past a single
catalog row, its full specification (using the ../_template/ scaffold) would live
in a subdirectory here.
This README establishes no policy of its own.
