Support¶

This is a template placeholder. This directory is empty in products/_template/ and should remain empty here.

Once a real product ships, customer-facing support and FAQ content belongs here, for example:

FAQ content (source for whatever the customer-facing FAQ format is)
Common troubleshooting steps (e.g. "formulas showing #REF! after copying tabs between workbooks")
Known issues log, cross-referenced with ../decisions/ and ../releases/
Support contact/response process notes for whoever handles customer support

No support content exists yet for this template. Do not fabricate FAQ entries for a product that has not shipped.

This file itself establishes no policy and records no real support content.
